Installing the Dux-Soup Connector for Pipedrive

Before installing the Dux-Soup Connector, make sure the Dux-Soup Extension is installed and a Turbo Licence is active.

The Dux-Soup connector can then be installed by visiting https://marketplace.pipedrive.com/app/dux-soup-connector/9936d65b85221773 , and clicking the "Install Now" button.

You will then be asked to log into your Pipedrive account.

If this is the first time you are installing the Dux-Soup Connector, please make sure you login using an 'admin' account. As Dux-Soup will need to create additional fields for the People and Organization objects.

It is critical for the app to function properly that the admin access to the Pipedrive system is granted during this initial install! 

Pipedrive will then display the following consent dialog, listing the access that is being granted. If the account does not have admin access, a warning will display at this stage.

After click "Allow and Install" the app is installed after which the Dux-Dash will open, showing the newly added connector

And when you now open a contact in Pipedrive, you should see the newly added fields.
