Why doesn’t my sheet record any data after I renamed it?

If you rename the Google Sheet, the connection to the Add-on may be lost. You may need to regenerate the webhook with the correct name and re-enter the API details.

What is extended data?

Extended data includes additional LinkedIn profile details such as Positions, Skills, and Schools. To enable this, go to the Options tab and select "Include Extended Data Columns". Then, save the selection.

Where do I find my Dux-Soup API details?

API details can be found in the Dux-Soup extension → Options → Connect tab. Ensure they are correctly entered to enable the drip campaign drop-down.

How to improve the header row visibility in Google Sheets?

Freeze the header row for better visibility by selecting View → Freeze → 1 row in Google Sheets.

Can I move columns manually?

No. Avoid moving columns manually.

• The Add-on relies on column headers to insert data in the correct place.
• Moving or renaming headers may cause new data to be misplaced or not recorded at all.
• If headers are moved accidentally, the Add-On will try to rewrite the last known header row.

What happens if I rename the Google Sheet?

• Renaming the sheet can break the connection with the Add-on.
• The webhook containing the correct sheet name must be regenerated.
• API details may need to be re-entered in the Connect tab.
• Filters and settings may reset after renaming the sheet.
