Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund only if you terminate your Dux-Soup Pro, Turbo, or Cloud subscription and submit a refund request within 31 days of purchase.

Partial refunds are not available.

To terminate your Dux-Soup subscription, please contact our customer support team at info@dux-soup.com.

For Team and Individual licenses, the full amount will be refunded if the subscription is terminated within 31 days of purchase.

For Agency accounts, refunds apply only to the pre-pay portion of your invoice if the subscription is terminated within 31 days of purchase. The post-pay portion, which reflects charges for Dux-Soup usage beyond the initial 31 days (calculated at the end of each month and charged on the following invoice), is non-refundable.
