Message Bridge

The Message Bridge is a crucial component for ensuring the smooth execution of drip campaigns within Dux-Soup.

This option is automatically activated when enrolling profiles in campaigns and can be found within the Dux-Soup Options, Connect tab of the expert user interface if you have Turbo. Cloud users also have this option working on cloud infrastructure, but it's not displayed within Options.

Once the Message Bridge is enabled, Dux-Soup captures and forwards all related events to the active webhook. The Message Bridge check occurs automatically every 20 minutes by default. In total, there are 3 different checks on LinkedIn:

• Regular Inbox
• Sales Navigator Inbox
• New Connections Page

For users operating Dux-Soup via API, activating the Message Bridge, Remote Control, and Follow-up flags is necessary to enable the Drip Campaign option.
