How to activate your team members on your Team plan

If you have purchased a Dux-Soup Team plan, the license administrator must invite each team member before they can access paid Dux-Soup features.

Once a team member activates the Team license key, their LinkedIn session will automatically appear in the Team Dashboard.

Step 1: Send an invitation

Navigate to the Team Dashboard and click the Invite button at the top of the Session panel.

Enter the email address of the team member you would like to invite and send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email from team@dux-soup.com containing instructions on how to activate the Team license key.


Step 2: Team member activates the license

Each invited team member must:

The Team license key should be activated by every user who needs access to paid Dux-Soup features.


Step 3: Verify the team member has joined

After successful activation:

  • The team member’s Dux-Soup email will appear in the Sessions panel of the Team Dashboard.
  • The administrator will be able to view and manage the session according to the permissions available in their Team plan.
  • Team activity and performance data will become available within the Team Dashboard.
