New Salesforce fields created by Dux-Soup
When you install and configure the Dux-Soup Salesforce integration, several custom fields are automatically created to store LinkedIn profile information and Dux-Soup data.
The tables below describe each field, where it is created, and what it is used for.
Account Fields

User Fields
These fields are created on the Salesforce User object and are used to configure the Dux-Soup integration for each Salesforce user.

Notes
- All fields are optional (
Required = False). - Fields marked as External ID are used by Dux-Soup to identify and match records during synchronisation.
- Long Text Area fields are designed to store larger amounts of text, such as profile summaries, notes, and tags.
- These fields are automatically populated and maintained by the Dux-Soup Salesforce integration.
