How to interpret the Funnel Flow data

The Funnel Flow can be accessed on the Dux-Dash, Funnel Flow page. It represents the completed activity of your lead generation campaign (the drip campaign progress).

The Funnel Flow consists of 7 sections:

  1. Enrolled
  2. Invited
  3. Accepted
  4. Followups
  5. Responded
  6. Qualified
  7. Qualified-out

You can choose to display the lead generation progress for either 'All campaigns' or select a specific campaign to be shown. Additionally, you have the option to define the timeframe you want to cover.

Enrolled

The 'Enrolled' section displays the total number of LinkedIn profiles enrolled in a specific campaign.

Invited

The 'Invited' section will show the total number of LinkedIn profiles that received the connection request. The percentage represents the proportion from the enrolled section.

If you select a specific timeframe, Dux-Soup will show everyone who was invited at some point and had Dux-Soup activity on their profile during the selected timeframe.

Accepted

The 'Accepted' section displays both the total number of profiles that have accepted the connection request and profiles that were 1st-degree connections at the time of enrollment. The percentage represents the proportion of these from the invited section.

If you select a specific timeframe, Dux-Soup will show everyone who accepted the connection request at some point and had Dux-Soup activity on their profile during the selected timeframe.

Note: Dux-Soup checks the new connections page every 1 hour by default.

Followups

The ‘Followups’ section displays the total number of LinkedIn profiles that received at least one follow-up message. The percentage represents the proportion of these from the accepted section.

If you select a specific timeframe, Dux-Soup will show everyone who received the follow-up message at some point and had Dux-Soup activity on their profile during the selected timeframe.

Responded

The ‘Responded’ section will display the total number of LinkedIn profiles that responded. The percentage represents the proportion of these from the accepted section.

Note: Dux-Soup checks your regular and Sales Navigator Inbox every 1 hour by default.

If you choose a specific timeframe, Dux-Soup will display profiles who responded at some point and had Dux-Soup activity on their profile within the selected timeframe.

Qualified

The 'Qualified' section displays the total number of LinkedIn profiles that were manually qualified. The percentage represents the proportion of these from the accepted section.

Note: Once you qualify a LinkedIn prospect, the lead generation process for that prospect is complete, and they will not appear in the other sections of the Funnel Flow.

Qualified-Out

The 'Qualified-Out' section is located at the bottom-right of the Funnel and is represented by the 'Bin' icon. It displays the total number of profiles that have been manually disqualified from a campaign.

Note: Once you qualify a LinkedIn prospect out of the campaign, the lead generation process for that prospect is complete, and they will not appear in the other sections of the Funnel Flow.

'All Campaigns' view

If you select the 'All campaigns' view, it will show unique LinkedIn profiles in every section. In other words, the "All Campaigns" view deduplicates profiles enrolled in multiple campaigns.

Please note: The Funnel Flow will display all profiles that have experienced any type of Dux-Soup event within the chosen time range for the selected campaign. For instance, if a profile accepted a connection request in the past but they have been sent a follow-up message on the selected date the Funnel Flow will also show the accepted connection request.
