Can Dux-Soup send a connection request twice?

No, it's impossible to send a connection request twice. 

Once you send a request, the status changes to 'Pending'

If Dux-Soup visits a profile that was visited before, another connection request will not be sent. The robot will simply visit a profile and move on to the next one.
