Transitioning to Cloud Agency: a comprehensive guide for agency owners

This article is designed for users transitioning from the Turbo Team or Agency Plan to Cloud Agency. It's also beneficial for agency owners who previously held individual Turbo or Cloud subscriptions.

The goal of this guide is to provide a walkthrough of the changes to expect and how to manage a Dux-Soup Cloud Agency account with multiple admins.

Understanding the roles

Admin

Definition: The owner of the Dux-Soup plan and any additional admins the owner decides to add.

Capabilities:

    • Access and change other admin settings and campaigns.
    • Create or delete Cloud users.

Cloud User

Definition: The client sessions created by the Cloud admin.

These are individual LinkedIn accounts managed by Cloud admins.

Key changes when switching to Cloud Agency

When you switch to a Cloud Agency, there are several important aspects to consider:

Centralized Management:

    • You will now manage all client accounts from a single Chrome account.
    • Your Dux-Soup account will feature a free version and a Multi-Funnel page to oversee each client’s account performance, while newly added client sessions will have Dux-Soup Cloud features.

Reduced Need for Multiple Admins:

    • The Cloud Agency plan is designed for one person to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts from one place.
    • Additional admins can be added upon request via info@dux-soup.com.

Admin Access:

    • All admins will have access to each other's accounts and all client accounts.

Client Account Sessions:

    • Adding a client (session) does not transfer previous Dux-Soup history from a different user or admin. To transfer data, contact support at info@dux-soup.com.

Setting up your Cloud Agency account - sequence of actions

  1. Prepare Client Details:
    • Obtain your client’s LinkedIn login details and ensure they are ready to verify their account.
  1. Add the Session and Verify:

Managing LinkedIn sessions from Dux Dashboard

The Dux-Soup Cloud Agency admin should switch LinkedIn sessions from the Dashboard rather than manually logging into different LinkedIn accounts. This approach helps prevent potential failures in Dux-Soup actions.

Switch the session to modify the drip campaign template, Throttling, or Planner settings.
