Migrate an existing client to your Agency

If your client already has a STACKED powered by Dux-Soup account, it can be migrated to your agency account.

To request a migration, contact our Support team at info@dux-soup.com and let us know which existing STACKED account you would like to migrate.

Please include the email address associated with the client’s existing STACKED account and your agency account email address so our team can identify both accounts.

Make sure to CC the client who owns the existing STACKED account when contacting us. This allows them to confirm that they authorise the account to be migrated to your agency.

We’ll handle the migration and let you know once the client’s account has been added.
