Supertec BV provides Dux-Soup and STACKED powered by Dux-Soup. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of these products and related services.

We collect and process only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

User authentication may be handled through third-party identity providers. We do not store users’ third-party account passwords on our servers.

We do not collect or store payment card information. Payments and subscription billing may be handled by third-party payment and billing providers, including Chargebee and Stripe, depending on how the subscription was purchased.

To provide Dux-Soup and STACKED functionality, we may process and store information related to LinkedIn profiles and activity processed through the Service, including summaries of LinkedIn profile visits.

Profile information may also be processed to provide and improve functionality and other services offered by Dux-Soup and STACKED.

We store information created by users through the Service, including notes and tags, where required to provide these features.

We do not collect information about users’ general browsing activity on unrelated websites. Data processed through LinkedIn is limited to information required to provide the functionality requested by the user.

Data associated with a user will generally be retained for 2 years following the end of the user’s subscription, unless a different retention period is required for legal, contractual, or operational purposes.

Users may submit an erasure request by contacting info@dux-soup.com. Valid erasure requests will be processed within 30 days, unless retention of certain information is required or permitted by applicable law.
