Manage a team without using a STACKED seat

You can manage a STACKED, powered Dux-Soup, prepaid seat plan without using STACKED for your own LinkedIn account.

Admin access is included with your Team plan and doesn’t require a paid seat. This means you can manage your Team from the Admin dashboard while assigning all of your purchased seats to the people who actually use STACKED.

Keep your account as Admin only

If you don’t need to use STACKED for your own LinkedIn account, don’t activate a licence key for yourself.

You can continue to access the Admin dashboard without consuming one of your paid Team seats.

Your available licence keys can instead be assigned to your Team members.

Invite your Team members

From the Admin dashboard, invite each Team member using their email address and assign them an available licence key.

The invited user will receive instructions explaining how to:

1. Install STACKED.
2. Sign in with Google.
3. Activate the licence key.

Once the licence key is activated, the Team member’s account will automatically appear in the Sessions panel of your Admin dashboard.

Manage your Team from the Admin dashboard

You can use the Sessions panel to manage and monitor the STACKED accounts belonging to your Team without running a STACKED session yourself.

Your Team members can access their own STACKED accounts and campaigns, but they don’t have access to the Admin dashboard, other Team members’ accounts, or your subscription and billing information.

If a Team member also needs Admin access, contact Support to request additional Admin rights for that user.

Reassign a seat to someone else

If a Team member leaves or no longer needs STACKED, deactivate their session from the Sessions panel.

The seat becomes available for another Team member, allowing you to invite a replacement without increasing the number of seats or the cost of your subscription.
