Purchase STACKED for someone else

You can purchase and manage a STACKED, powered by Dux-Soup, prepaid subscription even if someone else will be using it instead of you.

This setup is useful if you want to pay for and oversee STACKED on behalf of an employee, Virtual Assistant (VA), contractor, or another person managing LinkedIn outreach for you.

You remain the subscription owner and Admin, while the person using STACKED is assigned the paid seat.

Purchase a prepaid plan

Purchase a STACKED local or STACKED cloud plan with the number of seats required for the people who will actually use STACKED.

You don’t need to assign a seat to yourself if you only want to manage the subscription and monitor their activity through the Admin dashboard.

For example, if only your VA will use STACKED, you can purchase a one-seat Team plan and assign that seat to them.

Invite the person who will use STACKED

From your Admin dashboard, invite the user using their email address and assign them an available licence key.

They’ll receive instructions explaining how to install STACKED and activate their licence key.

Once they activate the key, their account will automatically appear in the Sessions panel of your Admin dashboard.

Manage their STACKED session

As the Admin, you can use the Admin dashboard to manage and monitor drip campaigns, access KPIs, and see messages while remaining in control of the Team subscription.

The invited user can access the same campaigns, but they don’t automatically have access to:

• Your subscription or billing information
• The Admin dashboard
• Other Team members’ accounts or campaigns

This allows someone else to carry out your LinkedIn outreach without giving them control of your STACKED subscription.

Give the user Admin access

If the person using STACKED also needs to help manage other Team sessions, you can request additional Admin access for them.

Contact our Support team at info@dux-soup.com and let us know which Team member should be given Admin rights.

Additional Admin access allows them to use the Admin dashboard, but doesn’t give them access to the subscription owner’s billing or subscription details.

Their Admin access and paid seat remain separate: because they’re using STACKED themselves, they’ll still use one of your paid Team seats.

Reassign the seat later

If the person no longer needs access, deactivate their session from the Sessions panel.

You can then invite someone else to use the available seat without increasing the number of seats or the cost of your subscription.
