Flexible Seat (post-pay) plans & pricing

Flexible Seat (postpaid) plans are designed for teams and agencies that need the freedom to add more STACKED seats without purchasing them in advance.

You start with a minimum number of prepaid seats. If you activate additional seats during the billing period, they are automatically added to your next invoice, so you can expand whenever needed.

How Flexible Seat billing works

Your minimum number of seats is paid for upfront each month. You can then activate additional seats without changing your subscription in advance.

Any additional seats activated during the billing period are post-paid and added to your next invoice.

Additional seats are prorated based on the number of days they were active during that billing period.

Example:

Suppose you purchase a STACKED cloud Flexible Seat plan with the minimum 5 prepaid seats.

During the month, you activate 2 additional seats, bringing your total to 7.

You have already paid for the first 5 seats. The additional 2 seats will therefore be added to your next invoice, with each seat prorated according to when it was activated during the billing period.

This means you don’t need to purchase additional seats before adding new users.

Flexible Seat pricing

Flexible seat plans are available on a monthly billing cycle and are priced 25% lower than the equivalent Fixed Seat monthly price.

STACKED cloud

A minimum of 5 seats applies.

STACKED local

A minimum of 10 seats applies.

Your minimum seat commitment is billed each month regardless of whether all of those seats are currently in use. Seats activated above the minimum are post-paid and appear on your next invoice, prorated according to when they were activated.
