How can I change my email?

You will need to get in touch with Dux-Soup support via info@dux-soup.com to perform a switch.

Please note that history, recorded data and tags do not transfer to the new email.

To change the email please provide the following information via info@dux-soup.com:

- New email.
- Dux-Soup User ID linked with this new email (found in https://app.dux-soup.com/web/dashboard)

To obtain the new User ID, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Chrome account with a new email and download the Dux-Soup extension via: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dux-soup-for-linkedin-aut/ppdakpfeaodfophjplfdedpcodkdkbal?gl=US

3. Find the User ID in https://app.dux-soup.com/web/dashboard
