You’re eligible for a refund only if you cancel your Dux-Soup Pro or Turbo subscription AND request a refund within 31 days of purchase. This includes team licenses. Continue reading here to learn how to cancel your subscription. 

To request a refund, send us an email including your user id, as found in Dux-Soup options -> User, and proof of purchase.
