Refund Policy

You’re eligible for a refund only if you cancel your Dux-Soup Pro, Turbo, or Cloud subscription and request a refund within 31 days of purchase.

For Team and Individual licenses, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 31 days.

For Agency accounts, refunds will apply only to the pre-pay section of your invoice if the cancellation is made within 31 days of purchase. The post-pay section, which reflects charges for Dux-Soup usage beyond 31 days (measured at the end of each month and charged on the next invoice), is non-refundable.
