Enrolling from Sales Navigator to Recruiter Campaigns

If you’re using LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator to enroll leads into Recruiter campaigns, you may encounter challenges due to the way these platforms handle simultaneous logins. Here’s a quick guide to understanding and addressing these issues.

The Problem

Sales Navigator and Recruiter do not allow simultaneous logins. When you’re logged into Sales Navigator and enroll leads into a campaign targeting Recruiter profiles, Dux-Soup will fail drip campaign actions.

Platform Login Conflict

Logging into one platform (Sales Navigator or Recruiter) will log you out of the other. For Recruiter-specific campaigns, this means Dux-Soup must have access to Recruiter to function correctly.

Recommended Solution

  1. Disable the Planner: While enrolling from Sales Navigator, turn off the planner to prevent conflicts in Options, Planner tab:

  1. Re-enable the Planner: Once logged into Recruiter, re-enable the planner so scheduled actions can proceed.
