Contacts: view, filter, export, and automate
The Contacts page is available within the Dux-Dash for all Cloud and Turbo users.
Profiles are automatically recorded as you visit them on LinkedIn or when a drip campaign action is running for the first time.
Within the Contacts page, you can view all recorded profiles or filter them using the following criteria:
- Campaign name
- Prospect’s name
- Prospect’s connection degree
- The date the profile was last viewed

You can also open the profile on LinkedIn:

Also, open the LinkedIn conversation and reply.

On the right-hand side, you’ll find an option to export selected contacts in CSV file format. The exported data includes the following details:
| Profile ID | Company page URL |
| Date last viewed | Company website URL |
| Profile URL (Regular / Sales Navigator / Recruiter) | Personal website URL |
| Profile image URL | |
| Connection degree | Phone number |
| First name | |
| Last name | Location |
| Number of connections | Industry |
| Summary | Dux-Soup tags |
| Title | Conversation history* |
| Current company name and start year |
|

At the bottom of the Contacts page, on the left-hand side, you have additional functionalities available:
- Schedule Dux-Soup actions based on profile degree, allowing 1st-degree connections to receive direct messages while restricting connection requests, and vice versa.
- Enroll selected profiles in a campaign.
- Unenroll selected profiles.

Note that to process the Visit action scheduled from the Contacts page, the Default Campaign must be enabled in the Drip Campaigns setup.
