Team Dashboard
The Team Dashboard provides a centralized workspace for managing your Dux-Soup team members, monitoring activity, and collaborating across LinkedIn accounts.
The Team Dashboard is available to license administrators on all Dux-Soup Team subscriptions:
- Pro Team
- Turbo Team
- Cloud Team
Feature availability varies by plan.
The user who purchased the Team subscription is automatically assigned as a license administrator and has access to the Team Dashboard.
If you would like additional team members to have administrator access to the Team Dashboard, please contact our support team at info@dux-soup.com.
Filters
The Filters panel lets you control which data is displayed across the Team Dashboard.
You can filter by:
- Session
- Time range
- Campaign (Turbo and Cloud)

The selected filters affect all dashboard panels and reports.
KPIs
The KPIs panel provides a high-level overview of lead generation performance across your team

Sessions
The Sessions panel displays all team members' Dux-Soup sessions. From the Sessions panel, administrators can:
- Invite by Email
- Deactivate the seat
- Access and edit campaign templates (Turbo and Cloud)
- View and manage Funnel performance (Turbo and Cloud)
Invite Team Members
At the top of the Team Dashboard, you'll find the Invite button.

Use this option to invite new team members by email address. Once invited, team members will receive an email with your license key activation details.

Deactivate and relocate the seat
The license admin can deactivate the user by clicking on the 'Bin' icon at any time, and this seat can be activated by a new team member.

Create and edit drip campaigns
Turbo and Cloud team license admins can create and modify drip campaign templates and settings.

View Funnel performance
Turbo and Cloud team license admins can view Funnel performance for every session.
Once you click the Funnel icon, the funnel view for that specific session will open, allowing you to review the performance of all campaigns or only selected ones (based on the filters previously applied) through each stage.

You can also enroll profiles from a search URL, clipboard, or file.
Prospects
The Prospects panel provides a consolidated list of contacts managed by your team.

You can:
- Search contacts.
- Filter prospects by connection degree.
- View the prospect’s name, title, and company name.
- View the last campaign progress bar.

Progress bar color meanings
Green: Prospect is currently in an automated campaign flow with no reply received.
If the green bar contains a star, it indicates the prospect has been qualified.
Orange: Prospect has replied and requires action.
Red: Prospect has been qualified out.
- View LinkedIn messages, reply to prospects, and access Dux-Soup prospect control options through the message bubble. Within a message bubble, you can:

Message bubble colour meanings:
Yellow: Scheduled message.
Blue: Sent message.
White: Replied message.
- Open LinkedIn profiles

The Prospects panel is included in the Turbo and Cloud plans.
Unified Messaging
Unified Messaging combines LinkedIn messages from all selected team members into a single view. You can view messages across multiple sessions, with each message thread combining standard LinkedIn and Sales Navigator Inbox messages in one place.
Features include:
- View the prospect’s name, last campaign, last message, and timestamp, and open their profiles on LinkedIn.
- Use the arrow icon to jump to messages, or click the message bubble. As in Prospects, you can view LinkedIn messages, reply to prospects, and access Dux-Soup prospect control options.

The north-east arrow indicates the last message was sent by you.
The south-west arrow indicates the last message was a reply from the prospect.
The Unified Messaging panel is included in the Turbo and Cloud plans.
Queued Activity
The Queued Activity panel displays upcoming scheduled actions for selected team members and campaigns.
You can:
- Search by prospect
- Filter by action type
- Remove scheduled actions if required

The Queued Activity panel is included in the Turbo and Cloud plans.
Activity Log
The Activity Log records historical actions performed by team members.
Features include:
- Search past activity
- Filter by action type
- Filter by status
- Review action history
- Re-run actions (Turbo and Cloud plans)

Export
The Export panel allows administrators to download team performance and prospect data.
Available exports include (CSV):
- KPI reports
- Prospect exports
