Manage campaign prospects
The Prospects panel is the central place for managing individual LinkedIn prospects throughout your outreach campaigns in STACKED.
From the Prospects panel, you can review prospect activity, continue paused campaigns, qualify or disqualify prospects, move prospects between campaigns, send manual LinkedIn messages, export prospect data, and perform bulk actions.
Switch a prospect to another campaign
Bulk or individual enroll, unenroll, visit, and connect actions
You can access the Prospects panel in two ways:
- 1 From the desktop app, open Prospects.
- 1 Open Funnel Flow and scroll down to the Prospects panel.
Use Funnel Flow to manage individual campaign conversations and responses.

The Prospects panel provides a complete list of all recorded prospects across your campaigns. You can filter prospects, export prospect data to CSV and perform batch actions.

If you’re using STACKED as an administrator, you’ll find the Prospects tab within the Team or Agency Dashboard. Learn more about the Team Dashboard and Agency Dashboard.
Qualify a prospect
Use Qualify In when a prospect responds positively or reaches your campaign goal.
Qualified prospects are removed from the active campaign flow and recorded for reporting purposes.
Examples include:
- Booking a meeting
- Accepting your offer
- Requesting a demo
- Becoming a customer
Steps
- Select the prospect.
- Click Qualify In.
Qualified prospects appear in the Qualified stage of the Funnel.

Disqualify a prospect
Use Qualify Out to remove prospects who are no longer suitable for the campaign.
Examples include:
- Not interested
- Wrong contact
- Competitor
- Already working with another supplier
Steps
- Select the prospect.
- Click Qualify Out.

Disqualified prospects are removed from the Funnel; however, they remain available in the Qualified-out section and may be continued later, switched to another campaign, or unenrolled entirely.
Continue a campaign
By default, STACKED pauses a campaign when a prospect replies. If the reply doesn’t require your attention - for example, “Thanks!” - you can continue the automated sequence.
When to use
- The reply doesn’t answer your question.
- The conversation should continue automatically.
- You want the remaining campaign actions to be scheduled.
Steps
- Open the Responded stage in the Funnel.
- Select the prospect.
- Click Continue.

Continue resumes the snoozed queued activity for the specified campaign.
Switch a prospect to another campaign
Move a prospect from one campaign to another without losing their campaign history.
This is useful when a prospect should enter a different outreach sequence.
Steps
- Select the prospect.
- Click Switch.
- Choose the destination campaign.
- Click Confirm.

Any queued activities from the current campaign are removed and replaced with actions from the destination campaign.
Unenrol a prospect
Use Unenrol to remove a prospect from a campaign.
Steps
- Select the prospect.
- Click Unenrol.
- Confirm the action.

If you’re viewing All Campaigns, STACKED removes the prospect from the most recently enrolled campaign.
Send a manual message
Manual messages are useful when:
- Answering questions
- Following up personally
- Scheduling meetings
- Continuing conversations outside the automated sequence
Click Message to open the LinkedIn conversation and continue the discussion manually.

Compose your message and click the arrow to schedule it.
Open a LinkedIn profile
Click LinkedIn to open the prospect’s profile in LinkedIn.

Bulk or individual enroll, unenroll, visit, and connect actions
The Prospects panel also supports bulk actions.
You can select multiple prospects and:
- Enrol
- Unenrol
- Visit profiles
- Send connection requests

These actions are also available when you click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to a profile row on the right-hand side.

Export prospects into CSV
Export your prospect data from the Prospects panel for reporting or analysis.
Before exporting, you can filter prospects by:
- Campaign
- LinkedIn connection degree
- Date range
Click Export to CSV to download the filtered results.
