New Dux-Dash experience for Individual plans (Beta)
The new Dux-Dash introduces a redesigned workspace for managing your Dux-Soup campaigns, prospects, activity, and integrations.
The new experience is currently in beta and is entirely optional. You may enable it at any time and return to the previous Dux-Dash whenever it best suits your preferences.
Try the new Dux-Dash
In your browser
Open Dux-Dash Beta to display the new Dux-Dash toggle.
Enable the toggle to switch to the new experience. Dux-Soup will store your preference in a browser cookie, so the new Dux-Dash remains active when you return.
To switch back, turn the toggle off. Once you return to the previous Dux-Dash, the Beta toggle will no longer be displayed. You can use the Beta link above again whenever you want to bring it back.
In the desktop app
The Dux-Dash toggle is always available. The desktop app defaults to the previous Dux-Dash (v1), and you can use the toggle to switch between the two experiences.

The desktop app is currently recommended for Cloud users only. Learn more here.
Drip campaigns
Create and manage your automated LinkedIn follow-up campaigns from the Drip Campaigns page.

Use the campaign editor to build the sequence of actions and messages Dux-Soup should perform for your prospects.
When creating a campaign, you can:
- Name your campaign and select the LinkedIn account it should run from.
- Make the campaign available to other team members when using a Dux-Soup Team plan.
- Prevent already-connected profiles from being enrolled when appropriate.
- Exclude prospects who are already enrolled in another campaign.
- Allow your connected AI provider to update campaign messages.
- Automatically tag enrolled prospects with the campaign ID.

Types of campaigns you can run with Dux-Soup.
Funnel Flow
Use Funnel Flow to see how prospects are progressing through a campaign.
The dashboard gives you an overview of campaign performance and prospect activity, helping you see where prospects are within the funnel and review campaign results (KPIs).

Within the Funnel panel, you can enroll profiles using a CSV file, enroll them from a LinkedIn search URL or clipboard, and export campaign data for further analysis.

Prospects
Prospects View is available at the bottom of the Funnel page or as a separate page.
Use Prospects to view and manage the people recorded by Dux-Soup across your campaigns.

Search and filter your prospect data, export it to CSV, review campaign information, and perform actions directly from the page - including qualifying prospects, switching campaigns, sending messages, and more.

Tag Tool
Use the Tag Tool to find and manage LinkedIn profiles based on their Dux-Soup tags.

This is useful when you want to work with a specific group of tagged profiles independently of the campaign they belong to.
Queued Activity
Use Queued Activity to see Dux-Soup actions that are waiting to be performed.

This gives you visibility into upcoming automation activity and helps you understand what Dux-Soup is currently scheduled to do.
Activity Log
Use the Activity Log to review actions Dux-Soup has already performed.

You can use the log to check completed automation activity and review when and how actions were processed.
App Connections
Use App Connections to connect Dux-Soup with supported external services and integrations.

From here, you can configure available connections and manage the services that work alongside your Dux-Soup account.
Learn more about Dux-Soup integrations here.
Dux Store
Visit the Dux Store to purchase Dux-Soup Points.

Your available Points balance and purchase options are displayed directly in the Dux Store, making it easy to add more Points when required.
Switch back at any time
The new Dux-Dash is still in Beta, so using it is optional.
If you would like to use the previous Dux-Dash while the new experience is still under development, please switch the Beta toggle off. You may return to the new experience at any time.
