How do I pause or turn off a drip campaign?

You can temporarily stop a drip campaign without deleting it by changing its Status to Off.

Open Drip Campaigns in STACKED and find the campaign you want to pause.

Use the Status toggle next to the campaign to switch it from On to Off.

When you’re ready to use the campaign again, switch its Status back to On.

Enrolling at least one new prospect into a campaign automatically changes that campaign’s status to On. This means turning a campaign off isn’t suitable if you want to continue enrolling prospects but prevent STACKED from processing automation until later.

If you want to enrol prospects now, review your setup, and start automation later, use the Planner instead. The Planner lets you control when STACKED is allowed to process automation without requiring you to disable individual campaigns. Read more: How do I choose when STACKED runs automation?
