Set up a team when you also use STACKED

If you manage a Team and also use STACKED powered by Dux-Soup for your own LinkedIn outreach, you’ll need to assign one of your paid Team seats to yourself.

You can then invite other Team members and manage their sessions alongside your own from the Admin dashboard.


Activate your own Team seat


From the Sessions panel in your Admin dashboard, click Invite to view your licence keys.

Then, copy the licence key.

Afterwards, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the User tab.
  3. Locate External License.
  4. Enter your Team licence key.

Your existing STACKED account will then use one of the seats included in your Team subscription.


If you used STACKED individually before purchasing the Team plan, your existing campaigns and data haven’t been deleted. Activating your Team licence key restores access to the paid features on your existing account.


Invite your Team members


From the Admin dashboard, invite each Team member using their email address and assign an available licence key.

They’ll receive an email with instructions explaining how to install STACKED and activate their licence key.

Once a Team member activates their key, their account will automatically appear in the Sessions panel of your Admin dashboard.


Manage your Team


Your own session and the sessions belonging to your Team members will now be available from the Sessions panel.

As the Admin, you can manage and monitor the Team from the Admin dashboard while continuing to use STACKED for your own LinkedIn account.

Each person using STACKED requires one paid seat, including you.


Reassign a seat when needed


If a Team member no longer needs STACKED, you can deactivate their session from the Sessions panel and invite someone else to use the available seat.

You can also deactivate your own session and reassign your seat to another Team member.
