How Qualify IN / OUT works in Funnel

Turbo and Cloud users can qualify in and qualify out prospects from a specific campaign or from all campaigns at once within the Dux-Dash Funnel Flow.

Qualify actions are optional and are mainly used for reporting purposes - helping you track how many prospects accepted your offer, service, event invitation, or any other goal related to your drip campaign.

Dux-Soup automatically stops the drip campaign sequence once a prospect replies, so you do not need to use Qualify IN or Qualify OUT for this purpose.

Qualify IN

The Qualify IN option is used when a prospect responds positively, and you want to move the conversation outside of automated messaging.

You can also use the Enroll option to add these prospects to a different campaign.

Qualified prospects can be viewed in the Qualified column.

Qualify OUT

The Qualify OUT option can be used when you want to remove prospects from the Funnel and mark them as declined, uninterested, or not qualified - either before or after they reply.

Disqualified profiles are removed from the Funnel view; however, you can still access them by clicking the bin icon.

You can re-add qualified out profiles to the same campaign by clicking [CONTINUE], qualify them back in  [QUALIFY IN], move them to a new campaign using [SWITCH], or unenroll them completely  [UNENROLL].

See Blacklisting to learn how to prevent users from receiving any future communications across all campaigns.
