I purchased the Team/Agency plan. What's next?
Upon purchasing the Team or Agency plan, the buyer is automatically assigned as the License Administrator, granting them access to the team subscription through Dux-Dash.
How to add team members to the plan
All members who want to access upgraded features must activate a team license key.
The licence key is displayed in the Dux-Dash for the License Administrator upon purchase and can be accessed via https://app.dux-soup.com/web/dux-profile.
The license key can be activated in the User tab by clicking on the Dux-Soup icon at the top-right corner of the Browser’s toolbar and selecting the “Options” gear:
How to reassign the license
In order to reassign the seat, the user must first be deactivated through the License Admin page.
To do so, navigate to the Dux-Dash, License Admin page and click on the 'Bin' icon next to the email of the user you wish to deactivate.
Once deactivated, the seat can be activated by a new user but it cannot be reactivated by the same user twice. Please get in touch with our support team if you want to reactivate the user that was previously deactivated.
How to add more seats to your license
The Team License Administrator can add more seats to an existing team plan that will renew together with other seats. To do that,
- Go to your Dux-Dash: https://app.dux-soup.com/web/dux-profile
- Click on Add a Seat and you will add 1 more seat to your license:
