How to switch a campaign for the profile

You can switch the campaign for the profile within the Dux-Dash, Funnel Flow page.

To do that, select the campaign and click on the profile. Then, click on the 'SWITCH' button.

The pop-up window will appear asking to select the target campaign:

Note: The target campaign shouldn't have an exclusion to reject profiles from other campaigns when switching:

NB! The already queued actions for the previous campaign will still be sent unless you remove them from the queue or pause the old campaign.
