You can access the Slack integration if you have Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud.

To install the Slack connector:

  2. Click the New Connection button and select Slack from the options.

  1. Sign in to your workspace
  2. Allow requested permissions

  1. Once allowed, Dux-Dash will open, where you can enable the connector.

  1. Select the Slack channel where you would like to receive notifications.

Private Slack channels can also be connected to the Dux-Soup Connector.

To do this, invite the Dux-Soup Connector app to the private channel by either:

  • Typing /invite in the channel, or
  • Select it from the Integrations list in Slack.

The same Slack user can connect multiple Dux-Soup accounts to Slack.
