How to install the Slack connector
You can access the Slack integration if you have Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud.
To install the Slack connector:
- Navigate to the Dux-Dash platform and open the App Connections page.
- Click the New Connection button and select Slack from the options.

- Sign in to your workspace
- Allow requested permissions

- Once allowed, Dux-Dash will open, where you can enable the connector.

- Select the Slack channel where you would like to receive notifications.

Private Slack channels can also be connected to the Dux-Soup Connector.
To do this, invite the Dux-Soup Connector app to the private channel by either:
- Typing
/invitein the channel, or - Select it from the Integrations list in Slack.

The same Slack user can connect multiple Dux-Soup accounts to Slack.
