Installing ChatGPT Connector
The integration is available through Dux-Soup Dux-Dash for users with a Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud subscription.
To install the ChatGPT connector, go to Dux-Dash, App Connections page, click on the New Connection button, and select ChatGPT:
Enter your Account Secret, then click on the Save button. The Account ID field can be set to any value you choose.
Your ChatGPT account will now appear on the API Connections page within the Dux-Dash.
You can generate your ChatGPT Secret or OpenAI API key from the OpenAI API Keys page after signing into your OpenAI account.
To use the ChatGPT integration, you must have an active OpenAI API account with available API credits. Creating an API key alone is not sufficient. If your API account has no credits or billing has not been set up, Dux-Soup will send the original campaign message without AI personalization.
