Revisit Data Tool - upload a custom CSV file to run automation

The Revisit Data Tool is available in Expert UI for Pro and Turbo users within the extension drop-down menu. While Turbo and Cloud users are typically enrolling profiles from a file using Funnel, the Revisit Data Tool is primarily useful for Pro users.

If you have a list of LinkedIn profile URLs, you can upload them as a CSV file and run Dux-Soup actions on that custom list.

You can also:

CSV File Requirements

Before uploading your file, make sure it follows the correct format.

Your CSV file must contain the following three columns (case-sensitive):

  • Profile — the LinkedIn profile URL
  • First Name
  • Last Name

If you don’t have first or last names, you can use dummy values (for example, -). The columns simply need to contain data.

Tip:

If you want to skip profiles visited within a specific number of days, your file must also include an id column that can be generated by Dux-Soup during visit or scan profiles action.

Uploading Your CSV File

To upload your file:

  1. Click the Dux-Soup browser extension and select Revisit Data

  1. Choose your CSV file or drag and drop it into the upload area. Once uploaded, the file will appear in the Revisit Data interface.

Running Automation

After uploading your list, you can run all Dux-Soup actions available via Visit Profiles, Visit & Connect, or Enroll Profiles (Turbo only). To do this, click the Dux-Soup extension and select the desired function.

Dux-Soup will process the profiles according to your Planner and Throttling settings.

Important: When creating your message, you must use the Dux-Soup marker format (for example, _FN_) and not the plain field name (such as First Name) or placeholders like {First Name}.

You can also upload custom message markers to further personalise your messages.

Message Marker Replaced With
_FN_ First Name
_TI_ Title
_MN_ Middle Name
_LN_ Last Name
_CN_ Company Name
_LO_ Location
_IN_ Industry
