How to send messages via Pipedrive?

Turn on your Pipedrive CRM option in Dux-Dash:

CRM connections https://app.dux-soup.com/web/connector

Turn on your Pipedrive connector:

Go to a person's profile on Pipedrive that you wish to message:

Write a message and click OK to send:

Please note! If the prospect that you are messaging had already sent a message back to you, you will not be able to send messages. You can turn the blacklisting option OFF (found in Dux-Soup Options, Action tab; Expert mode setting, not available for Regular UI users) to send messages:

Please turn it back ON once you finish sending messages otherwise if you are using the follow-up function Dux-Soup will send follow-ups to prospects who have replied to your messages and follow-up campaigns will not stop.
