Freshsales CRM integration

You can access Freshsales CRM integration via the Dux-Dash CRM Connections page if you have Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud.

Once you install the Freshsales CRM connector, Dux-Soup can create Contacts during LinkedIn profile visits or automated drip campaign actions.

Do not create & update Contacts from profile views - Dux-Soup will not create Contacts in Freshsales.

Create & update Contacts from connected profiles - Dux-Soup will create Contacts only when you manually visit a 1st-degree connection or Dux-Soup is executing any of the post-connect actions from a drip campaign.

Create & update Contacts from tagged profiles - Dux-Soup will create Contacts if the contact is already tagged and this tag matches the one you have entered in the CRM Connector. You can select from a list of your tags to include and exclude from a workflow.

Create & update Contacts from all profile views - Dux-Soup will add all prospects to your CRM when you visit profiles on LinkedIn manually or when Dux-Soup runs any drip campaign actions.

Here's how the Contact record created by Dux-Soup looks in Freshsales:

Dux-Soup can automatically create a contact in Freshsales CRM if an email address is available in the LinkedIn profile's 'About' section.

Along with recording Contacts, your Dux-Soup can do the following:

  • Create Notes for new LinkedIn connections - add a note to the Contact page once the connection request is accepted on LinkedIn.
  • Create Notes for LinkedIn messages - add a note to the Contact page once the message is received on LinkedIn.
  • Update Contact after connecting - transfer data to your CRM once a connection is made.
  • Create a sales activity for LinkedIn messages - add a sales activity to an existing contact record in Freshsales when you receive a message on LinkedIn.
  • Update the Contact name from LinkedIn - change the contact name in Freshsales to the name on LinkedIn.

You can also run Dux-Soup actions directly from CRM such as: 1) update the contact, 2) message the 1st-degree profile on LinkedIn, 3) enroll the profile in a drip campaign, and 4) send a connection request.

The mentioned actions are available if the Contact has a LinkedIn profile URL.
