How to fix data being added to one column issue?

You cannot change the format of the downloaded file - it is only possible to export the data as a CSV.

You can change the column separator under Options > Browser tab (Expert users only; this is not possible for Regular UI users):

Whenever you download data and it is all in one column, try changing the column separator to change how the data is displayed.
