How to monitor the progress of your LinkedIn campaigns: Funnel Flow
Funnel Flow is the place to monitor and control all your LinkedIn prospecting and drip campaigns.
You can access Funnel Flow within the Dux-Dash, Funnel Flow page.
At the top of the page, you have the option to select the timeframe and the campaign name. Additionally, you can choose to display data for all campaigns since you started using Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud.

The Funnel Flow consists of three panels: Stats, Funnel, and Prospects.
Stats
The Stats panel presents key performance indicators (KPIs) that summarize your LinkedIn lead generation activity within the selected timeframe. These statistics help you quickly understand how your campaigns are performing.
Use the campaign selector and time range at the top of the page to filter the statistics. Dux-Soup automatically compares the selected timeframe with the previous equivalent period (for example, the previous 3 months).
Activity
This section shows the overall performance of actions executed by your campaigns.
- Successful actions – The number of automation actions that were successfully completed.
- Failed actions – The number of actions that could not be completed due to errors or restrictions.
- Success rate – The percentage of actions that were completed successfully.
Messaging
This section focuses on message-based outreach.
- InMails sent – The total number of LinkedIn InMails sent during the selected timeframe.
- Messages sent – The number of direct LinkedIn messages or follow-up messages sent.
- Responses received – The number of replies received in your LinkedIn inbox (both regular LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inboxes).
Network
This section tracks your connection-building activity.
- Invites sent – The number of LinkedIn connection requests sent.
- Connections added – The number of new LinkedIn connections added to your network.
- Acceptance rate – The percentage of sent invites that were accepted.
Prospecting
This section shows engagement with the prospects you contacted.
- Profiles messaged – The number of unique profiles that received a message.
- Profiles responded – The number of profiles that replied.
- Response rate – The percentage of contacted profiles that responded.
Performance comparison
Each metric displays a percentage change compared to the previous equivalent period (for example, the previous 24 hours, 7 days, 4 weeks, or 3 months), allowing you to quickly see whether your performance is improving or declining.

Funnel
The Funnel is located in the middle of the Funnel Flow and it comprises a variety of actions you can take, as well as showing all profiles with any Dux-Soup activity during the selected timeframe.
In the top right corner of the Funnel, you will find the option to add new LinkedIn profiles to the funnel, i.e. enroll in a drip campaign. You also have the option to copy all data or a specific section.

To access the prospect list, you have the option to choose the stage of your LinkedIn lead generation for a specific campaign or all campaigns. Lead generation stages comprise:
- Enrolled
- Invited
- Accepted
- Followups
- Responded
- Qualified
- Disqualified (shown once you click on the Bin icon at the bottom right corner of the Funnel).

The Prospects panel provides functionality to effectively manage your drip campaign funnel flow and efficiently handle your LinkedIn Inbox. Here you can:
- Continue the campaign when prospects reply.
- Qualify or disqualify the prospect from the lead generation funnel.
- Send a manual reply (Message button).
- Switch the campaign for the profile.
- Unenroll the profile from a campaign.
- Open the profile on LinkedIn.
- Search by name, title or company
