Dux-Soup's Microsoft Teams integration overview
You can access the Microsoft Teams integration if you are using Dux-Soup Turbo or Cloud.
Dux-Soup’s Microsoft Teams integration allows you to receive notifications in a selected Microsoft Teams channel whenever a prospect replies to your LinkedIn outreach - once the integration is installed.
With this integration, you can:
- View the prospect’s name, job title, company, and email address
- Open the prospect’s LinkedIn profile directly from the notification
- See the Dux-Soup user’s name
- Identify the associated campaign name
- View the LinkedIn message thread in Microsoft Teams (Conversation button)
- Open the message thread on LinkedIn
Take Dux-Soup action directly from the Microsoft Teams channel:
- Blacklist the profile or remove it from a blacklist
- Qualify the profile in or out of the campaign
- Send a response message (Message button)
The replied messages are organised by channel and displayed at the bottom. In other words, automated actions against the message are recorded.
- Enroll the profile on a new campaign
You can also set the integration to process only enrolled prospects - that is, prospects included in your Dux-Soup drip campaigns - directly from the App Connections page.
