System Tags

The Dux-Soup Turbo and Cloud system tags are used to monitor the activity on a profile and are also beneficial for constructing workflows. These tags are hidden by default but are available when you download data from Dux-Soup in a CSV file or record profiles in CRM.

You can also enable system tags so you can see them in the Dux-Tricks widget or when accessing the Tag Tool. All you have to do is copy the link below and paste it into a new browser tab.

Afterwards, uncheck the option to hide system tags:

🦆-campaignid-enrolled

The enrolled system tag is automatically added when you enroll profies on drip campaigns.

🦆-campaignid-invited

Added when Dux-Soup completes a connection request successfully. This tag is also added when sending connections using Dux-Soup Pro.

🦆-campaignid-accepted

Added once Dux-Soup detects an accepted connection. Your Message Bridge has to be enabled to detect new connections.

🦆-campaignid-followup-1..10

Added once Dux-Soup successfully sends a direct message from a drip campaign.

🦆-campaignid-responded

Added once Dux-Soup detects a response in your regular or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Inbox. Your Message Bridge has to be enabled to detect responses on LinkedIn.

This tag will automatically blacklist the future automation for the campaign, so further campaign actions become inactive. Learn how to continue the campaign in such a scenario.

🦆-campaignid-qualified-out

Added using Funnel Flow or using Dux-Soup API with the 'tag' command. This tag will automatically blacklist future automation for the campaign, rendering further campaign actions inactive. Additionally, the qualified tag removes the profile from other funnel sections.

🦆-campaignid-qualified-in

Same as qualified-out, the qualified-in tag is added using Funnel Flow or using Dux-Soup API, 'tag' command. This tag will automatically blacklist the future automation for the campaign, so further campaign actions become inactive. Also, the qualified tag removes the profile from other funnel sections.

Note that personalised drip campaigns result in personalised system tags.

For example, if you set up a campaign named Marketing UK, you will have system tags 🦆-marketing-uk-enrolled, 🦆-marketing-uk-invited, etc.

Your campaign ID is located on a Drip Campaigns page:
